Features

1. The corrosion resistance is greatly improved: the surface of glass fiber cloth aluminum foil is treated with special anti-corrosion coating, and the corrosion resistance is greatly improved. At the same time, the polyethylene hot air sticking method is adopted, which avoids the hidden danger of aluminum foil surface corrosion and mildew caused by residual water or solvent in the process of lamination.

2. Direct hot pressing lamination can save adhesive and cost of veneer.

The water vapor permeability is smaller, which strengthens the water vapor barrier effect: the heat sealing polyethylene layer in the middle of the glass fiber cloth aluminum foil is thicker than that of the common veneer, and the water vapor permeability is smaller, so the water vapor barrier effect is better, and the heat insulation materials such as glass wool are reliably protected.

4. The mechanical strength of glass fiber cloth aluminum foil is higher than that of reinforced aluminum foil, and it is more suitable for on-line bonding of glass wool factory, rock wool factory and mineral wool factory.

5. The veneer is smoother, which reduces the probability of surface damage of aluminum foil: due to the fine cloth quality and thick polyethylene layer, the surface of glass fiber cloth aluminum foil is smoother, and the surface of aluminum foil is not easy to be damaged by friction, so it has better water vapor barrier function.

Application 

The heat sealing surface and water vapor barrier layer with thermal insulation materials such as glass wool, rock wool, mineral wool PEF products and rubber and plastic products are suitable for the on-line heat sealing and bonding of cotton felt, cotton board and cotton pipe, and PEF board pipe. The rubber plastic plate pipe can meet the requirements of thermal insulation and water vapor barrier of warm ventilation pipe, cold and warm water pipe, as well as building insulation, so as to make indoor warm in winter and cool in summer, and comfortable in all seasons.
