Product Introduction

PTFE Fiberglass Fabric are made from best imported fiberglass as the weaving material to plain knit or specially knit into superior fiberglass basic cloth, coated with fine PTFE resin then make it into various of ptfe high temperature resistance cloth in different thickness and widths.

Features:

1. Good temperature tolerance,24 working temperature -140 to 360 Celsius degree.

2. Non stick,easy to clear adhesives on the suface.

3. Good chemical resistance:it can almostly resist most of chemical medicines,acids,alkalis,and salt;fireproof,lower in aging.

4. Low coefficient of friction and dielectric constant,good insulating capacity.

5. Stable dimension,high intensity,elongation coefficient less 5%.

Applications

PTFE coating fiber reinforced material, using high-quality alkali-free glass fiber as weaving substrate, plain, twill, satin or other weaving methods to make reinforced substrate; the PTFE coating material is based on the international advanced raw material foundation, combined with the different use requirements of various industries, independent research and development formula ratio, made PTFE modified material; finally, imported improved coating processing equipment It can be made into a variety of thickness, wide range and widely used new materials. In addition to excellent weather resistance, wear resistance, low friction coefficient and corrosion resistance, the material can maintain its original physical form during processing at – 140 ℃ ~ + 360 ℃ without deformation.

Remarks

According to different application requirements, we can produce different grades of PTFE coated glass fiber cloth, such as:

1. General industrial grade: This grade of fabric has good heat resistance, anti-corrosion, non stick properties, mainly used in various industrial fields.

2. Standard grade: it is made of imported materials. In addition to good anti-corrosion and heat-resistant performance, the surface is smoother and smoother, and it is not sticky

It can be used in general industrial fields. It has more advantages in plastic demoulding or separation sheet, gasket and demoulding surface of some products

3. Food grade: smooth and smooth surface, good anti sticking performance, good heat resistance, easy to clean, safer in food industry

4. Antistatic grade (anti-static cloth): in addition to the traditional performance of Teflon glass fiber cloth, through special processing, it has antistatic performance to meet the specific requirements of customers.
