1. Product introduction

Silicone Rubber Coated Fiberglass Cloth is made of fiberglass base fabric and high quality special silicone coating. It provides greater abrasion resistance, fire resistance, water resisitance, UV resistance and so on. The most important is it is non-toxic material.

1. Excellent high temperature and low temperature resistance (low temperature – 70 ℃, high temperature 280 ℃; good heat preservation performance.

2. High strength, soft and tough, can be cut and processed.

3. It has good chemical corrosion resistance, oil resistance, water resistance and can be scrubbed.

4. Heat aging and weather aging, as well as ozone, oxygen, light and so on.

5. It has high insulation performance, dielectric constant 3 ~ 3.2, breakdown voltage 20 ~ 50kV / mm.

Application

Glass fiber coated silicone rubber is a new type of composite material, which has been widely used in construction, electrical insulation, flexible connection of pipeline, chemical anticorrosion, sealing and other fields. It is mainly used in the following fields:

① Electrical insulation

Silicone rubber coated glass fiber membrane structural material has high electrical insulation grade, can withstand high voltage load, and can be made into insulating cloth, bushing and other products.

② Non metallic compensator

As a flexible connecting device of pipeline, nonmetal compensator can solve the damage problem caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction. As the base material of flexible expansion joint, silicone rubber coated glass fiber membrane structure material has high service temperature, corrosion resistance and aging resistance, and excellent elasticity and flexibility. It has been widely used in petroleum, chemical, cement, steel, energy and other fields, and has achieved good results.

③ Anticorrosion

Silicone rubber coated with glass fiber can be used as the internal and external anti-corrosion coating of pipelines and storage tanks. It has excellent anti-corrosion performance, high temperature resistance and high strength. It is an ideal anti-corrosion material.
